Privacy Policy

Welcome to LogicDash.io (the "Site"). We take your privacy seriously, and this policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information We Collect

LogicDash does not currently require an account to play. We do not collect personally identifiable information from visitors simply playing the game.

If you contact us through our Contact page, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message) in order to respond to you. This is handled through a third-party form service, Formspree — see "Third-party services" below.

Local Storage

LogicDash uses your browser's local storage to remember things like your daily puzzle progress and results (e.g. for Today's Quick Byte). This information stays on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site — for example, which pages are popular. This data is aggregated and anonymized; it is not used to identify you personally. You can learn more about how Google handles this data in Google's Privacy Policy.

You can instruct your browser to refuse cookies. Some features of the Site may not work as intended if cookies are disabled.

Advertising

LogicDash does not currently display advertising. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to describe what ad-related data is collected and how, and — where legally required — visitors will be shown a consent option before any personalized ads are served.

Third-Party Services

Our Contact form is powered by Formspree, a third-party form service. Information submitted through that form is subject to Formspree's Privacy Policy. We do not control how Formspree processes this data beyond delivering your message to us.

How We Use Information

Any information you provide via the Contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell or share this information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

  • The right to access
  • The right to rectification
  • The right to erasure
  • The right to restrict processing
  • The right to object to processing
  • The right to data portability
  • The right to complain to a supervisory authority
  • The right to withdraw consent

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

Our Service does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Compliance with Laws

We will disclose information if required to do so by law, such as in response to a court order, subpoena, or law enforcement request, or where reasonably necessary to protect the safety of our visitors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
